NUST Islamabad Admission 2021 Postgraduate|PHD

National University of Science & Technology Islamabad has announced admission 2021 for Postgraduate Programs and PHD Programs. NUST offers Programs in 60+ streams of study in seven disciplines of  Engineering , IT and Computer Science, Business Studies, Social Sciences and Architecture, and Natural Sciences and Biotechnology.

Why NUST?

Pakistan National University of Science and Technology  (NUST) was founded in 1991. It rank among the world's top emerging universities under 50 years of age, and is one of the youngest within that bracket.

National University of Science and Technology  (NUST) is a public research university under administration of Pakistan Armed Forces with its main campus in Islamabad. The university of Pakistan offers undergraduate and graduate degrees, including doctoral and professional degrees.

General Eligibility Criteria (MS)

For MS : GAT (General) conducted by NTS in or after August 2021 till May 2021 with at least

                 50 accumulative test score (IT is compulsory for each Program).

Important Note: In the wake of pandemic, NTS may not be able to hold GAT (Gen) scheduled on 23rd May 2021. It is clarified that NUST will accept the result of the test if it is rescheduled beyond 23rd MAY 2021.

General Eligibility Criteria (PHD)

For PHD : GAT (General) conducted by NTS in or after August 2021 till May 2021 with at least

Documentation required for Registration

• Matric/Equivalent Degree
• Intermediate/Equivalent Degree
• Undergraduate Degree along with transcript
• Postgraduate Degree along with transcript (for PHD)
• Computerized National Identity Card
• Experience Certificate(for MBA/EMBA candidates
• HAT result card if applicable
• NOC from employer (for employed candidates

You will need to fill  form

First of all, you will need to register your self. For Registration click on the link given below

You have to register by providing a valid e-mail address. This email address will be used by you for receiving your password. After registration , the candidate will be allotted a password to access the application form after providing their valid email addresses.

Then login to NUST site for filling the admission form and subsequent correspondence with NUST on all matters related to admission.

Important Instructions

• Candidates can apply for more than one discipline through single registration, however, they will be charged admission application fee for each discipline applied.
• A recent photograph of candidate is required to be uploaded.
• IF both the percentage and CGPA are mentioned on degree , then only the CGPA will be entered.
• Candidates , whose final results have not yet been announced, will enter the earned percentage   /CGPA of the last term/semester.
• The eligibility criteria of program ,for which applying , must be consulted before selecting the preferences.
• Candidates will not be considered for the program for which they are not eligible.
• Candidates can deposit the fee online, after taking the print of the challan form in any branch of HBL.

• The candidate will have to upload scanned copies of his/ her research proposal and all the related documents with the application form (for PHD) 
• Please remember your roll number for all future references(for PHD) 
• Candidate willing to undertake research related to National needs will be given due reference(for PHD)
